service counters, cashiers areas and circulation. Provided storefront design details; structural, mechanical, electrical and
plumbing specifications.

Addressed site plan related issues including parking layout, sanitary system and site drainage. Construction drawings
provided finishing details, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC and electrical specifications. Project management role included securing
all necessary permits, monitoring progress of construction and obtaining Certificate of Occupancy.
