KFC Drive Thru Restaurant-Sunrise Highway, Copiague, NY
The complete demolition and rebuild of this new to the industry location required extensive coordination in opening this
restaurant on time and within budget, exceeding the client's expectations. In accomplishing this, our firm first provided
a feasibility study with a concept site plan for corporate approval with time line flow charts and construction budgetary
costs.
Nathan's Famous-86th Street, Brooklyn, NY
Our firm was responsible for the design and permitting of the interior/exterior renovation and adding a drive thru to
the existing restaurant. With the ever increasing cost of construction being an important factor to the client. our firm's
designs were valued engineered, successfully meeting the client's needs.

Taco Bell/Pizza Hut Drive Tru-Jericho Turnpike, Commack, NY
Our firm was responsible for the production of preliminary design drawings, construction drawings, selection of interior
finishes and exterior construction materials. This project is considered a co-branding "prototype" of the freestanding drive
thru restaurant. Our firm's project manager provided hands on services from construction documents, obtaining all agency permit
approvals, construction management to securing the Certificate of Occupancy.
Checkers Drive Inn-Old Country Road, Westbury, NY
The demolition and rebuild of this nationally known fast food restaurant necessitated a cohesive design approach due
to a small lot size. Catapano Engineering created a design for this site which established the customer "flow" while integrating
elements such as neon accents and checkered tile reinforce the theme. Our firm designed and managed the entire process through
completion.
